BAJDECHI CUSTOMS

Privacy notice.

This notice covers custom quote requests submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we store your name, email address, vehicle year, make and model, existing heating and vibration functions, requested LED and paddle options, material and stitching preferences, country, state or region, selected design reference, optional notes, the time of your submission, and your consent. A daily fingerprint derived from connection details is used to help limit repeated submissions. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal information.

How your details are used

Bajdechi Customs uses your submission to review your requirements, discuss compatibility, prepare a quote, and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages or place a paid order.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and are not displayed publicly. Website hosting and database providers process these records to operate the service. When email notifications are connected, your quote details are also processed by Resend for delivery to Bajdechi Customs’ Gmail inbox so we can respond to you. The site does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential session and access controls.

Your choices

To ask about a request, correct your details, or request deletion, use the contact page and include your request reference. Avoid including payment details. Information needed for an active inquiry may be retained while that inquiry is being handled.
